This company took care of every aspect of our project.  We recently purchased a home on the intercostal completely renovated it.  They tore out walls and put in beams, which opened the kitchen up to the rest of the house, thus creating a great room. They designed some incredible lighting. Installed GFI plugs around the kitchen and installed a beautifully designed and crafted kitchen island. Custom built and installed new kitchen cabinets even performing  mold remediation when existing mold was discovered. Completed all of the necessary electrical, lighting design and plumbing. Installed custom granite countertops. Porcelain flooring was installed in a mosaic tile pattern in specific areas that we desinged together. Completed all of the painting and drywall. Installed cabinetry around the living room and home entertainment tv area with matching granite. Oak hardwood flooring was placed in the living and dining room. They also constructed crown molding all around.They completely renovated our existing pool and pool deck area into something that you could only dream of! The trim carpentry was excellent and the attention to detail was just beautiful. When finished, they brought a basket of flowers and a bottle of champagne. They were professional, courteous and exceptionally clean. We are going to use them for upcoming projects, as well. It was very enjoyable watching them work. Their efficiency and kindness were superb! They even bought us lunch. Renova you are AMAZING!

Renova really came through for us. Booking the free estimate was quick and hassle-free, and from the very first walk-through, they just got it. They suggested ideas I would’ve never thought of and truly brought the whole vision together.What stood out the most was the time and care they took helping me choose the right marble and paint colors. They made sure everything matched our furniture and the overall vibe of the house. I never felt rushed—they genuinely cared about getting every detail right and meeting my expectations.Now, every time someone visits and compliments the house, I just say, ‘Renova did it.’ I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out.

I have had several jobs, large and small, completed by RENOVA and have been extremely happy with their work and overall communication. The number one, most important thing to me has been that I can call anytime, during a job or after completion, and Todd, Danny, Brad or really anyone at the company will address any questions or concerns that come up. They stand behind their subcontractors and I don't have to chase anyone down. If they say they will be there, they will be. I know the job will be done properly and this takes a lot of the stress of a renovation away. The job site is always kept as neat and clean as possible and I've never have to cleaning up because they do it before they leave every day.Everyone is always nice and courteous and professional. I never have to worry about my kids hearing things they shouldn't, which has been a problem in previous home renovations and with other contractors in the past.We have a long way to go before our current house is completely renovated, and so as long as RENOVA is agreeable they will be taking care of everything. I can't say thank you enough to the entire team especially Todd. So far so good. Keep up the great work!!

"TJ" Todd did a terrific job in meeting with my wife and I to better understand our goals of the remodeling project. We did get estimates from other contractors, but Todd was the only one who spent a lot of time with specific issues, taking intricate measurements, and actually asking us a lot of questions.The project was not simple, and only Todd really explained the issues and possible difficulties upfront. He seemed to be very interested in our happiness with the project as a family, rather than just treating it as another construction project.The design team, lead by Helga and Steve, came up with some amazing plans that no other firm or architect had even proposed. The ability to come up with such a dramatic design and implement it’s flawless construction still leaves us amazed.Their construction team was always polite, clean, and professional. Their lead person, Danny, was always amenable to changes, and revisions as the project proceeded.Everyone was very courteous to our family needs while the project was ongoing. Smooth coordination of updates/ordering/billing from Jenny at the office staff.Truly incredible home remodeling. Dramatic difference to the appearance and function of the house. Tremendous curb-side appeal from before. We have had no construction-related problems. I would more than happily recommend them.

RENOVA completely renovated our apartment from the studs out. The result is impeccable. It was a pleasure working with RENOVA, their integrity and honesty are outstanding, as is their efficiency and dedication in getting the job done. RENOVA remodeling and construction are the most reliable and professional general contractors we've ever used. Their schedule was fully committed when we first contactacted them and couldn't immediately take on our project; however they kept us updated on their schedule, availability and tentative start date for our remodel.  Once we had a set start date they showed up as scheduled and on time. Todd, the owner, and all his crews are hard working, knowledgeable and professional. Todd and his project manager Danny stayed in contact with us throughout the project and promptly responded to any questions or concerns we had. We were pleasantly surprised to discover how clean our home was once they had finished. We expected to spend a couple of days cleaning up before we could move back in. But they left our home in move-in condition. They did a beautiful, professional job and we couldn't be more pleased with them. We plan to use RENOVA Construction and Remodeling again and will definitely recommend them.

I worked with Danny and Jordan from RENOVA Contractors on a second floor renovation and were extremely happy with the process and results. The renovation included demolition, framing for new roofline and dormers, roof and gutters, new stucco siding, new master bathroom, master closet, laundry space, hardwood floors & tile flooring and stairs, doors, millwork, tiling, masonry for a chimney extension, windows, and central air system. Pretty much everything. Both Danny and Jordan are great guys, very easy to work with, trustworthy, and responsive. They hired skilled subcontractors and kept the Renovation moving at a good pace. There were no surprises with either the budget or scope of work. RENOVA made our dreams come true with this reno and we would definitely recommend them for your job.

We are so happy that we found RENOVA Contractors and Remodeling! Of the list of contractors we originally started with, RENOVA was actually the only one who didn’t come from a personal reference, but their reviews online were so good and consistent that we added them to our list. In the end, they were the most responsive to our initial questions and request for a bid and that ultimately our decision to use them was an easy one (we started with a list of 5 contractors). We used them to add an addition to our house, remodel the kitchen and add a mudroom/powder room.A few things really set them apart. First, they were and are so incredibly responsive. Texts, emails, calls were all returned quickly. Everton was our project manager and always found time to stop by, even if it meant coming over the weekend or in the evening to accommodate our work schedules. I felt comfortable sending him a quick text whenever I had a question, and he always got right back to me. Some of the contractors I was given from friends were hardly responsive enough for me to get a consult or a bid. Almost all the other contractors we met with never even followed up with us after providing a bid. That really shocked me considering how much money we were investing in our house. Even now, I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to Everton if I had a question and our remodel was completed months ago.Secondly, Everton and his crew came up with several creative and cost-cutting ideas to help me achieve the look I wanted, while staying within budget. Reusing a door, building out shelving, and even helping me come up with a way to save my beautiful old oak floors that I didn’t want to replace. The end result is beautiful and we love our new addition and kitchen. Investing in our home and using RENOVA was the best decision we could’ve made.Lastly and most importantly, RENOVA and all of their staff are truly just kind, decent, hard-working, credible and reliable. You hire a contractor to do work in your home, you are inviting them into your life for an extended period of time. I didn’t take it lightly that whoever we hired would be in and out of my house for months, interacting with my kids and creating a space that my family would enjoy for many, many years ahead. Everton and his crew couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. He seems to work 24 hours a day, but always made us feel like we were his only project.Downsides? We experienced a couple of delays, but that was more due to outside companies (the gas company needing to move our meter was a huge frustration and a delay with our cabinet makers). Again, Everton and his crew never left us hanging or were delayed in responding to our questions or concerns.HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend these guys!

After interviewing many contractors, we hired Renova to do major drywall repairs, painting and additional repairs work throughout our 5 bedroom 5 bathroom house. Renova exceeded our expectations in every way. Working with Todd and the rest of the team from Renova has truly been a pleasure. Todd personally visited my house twice to give us an accurate estimate and managed to keep the project within our budget. Todd is honest, reliable and will go to great lengths to ensure customer satisfaction. Everton, Steve, Felipe and the rest of the crew managed to make our house look immaculate with their meticulous craftsmanship. There is no job too big for the team at Renova. Renova is without a doubt the best general contractor in the Southeastern Florida area. I highly recommend calling Todd at Renova if you plan to renovate/remodel your home or business.

I’m really excited to share my experience as they were absolutely amazing. So, my husband and I were very impressed that RENOVA brought a designer to the estimate appointment. We were introduced to Helga the interior designer and she had a wonderful eye for design, detail and is incredible to work with all her fascinating ideas.  Our actual Project estimator Todd and the project managers Brandon and Everton were absolutely awesome and they communicated very well with the status and were quick to answer the questions we had about all of the work being done around the house . All in all, They did a fantastic job. Although they initially quoted us 4 to 6 weeks for the project to be completed we had several change orders which extended  the remodel 2 weeks to complete in its entirety which we take the blame for. We are and will continue to recommend them to our friends, family and neighbors. Thanks guys, we truly love everything that you did!

I want to thank you for an excellent job on our SECOND project together. Your attention to detail, advice and patience is beyond measure. I appreciate that you listened to me and helped me work through a couple of "design dilemmas".For anyone considering using RENOVA for your project, I highly recommend them! Todd Pinkston and his staff worked with me on a full house remodel at the end of 2021 beginning of 2022. Our four bedroom, three bath house was taken down to the studs. Todd and his team installed beautiful ceramic flooring that looks like wood throughout the house except two baths. We chose different flooring for that. Todd’s suggestions for the bathroom tiles were spot on. Todd will always tell you the truth! I insisted on marble counter tops for my kitchen - they have etched just like he told me they would. I love them anyway!Fast forward to 2024 We built a three bed, two bath guest house with a full kitchen. RENOVA did another beautiful job on my floors, bathrooms and kitchen. RENOVA will make your dream home come true!

Renova recently completed a remodel on my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. We hired RENOVA and their team for a full interior renovation to our home in Addison Reserve Country Club.The quality of work is very good. Curtis and Brandon, our project managers for the job pointed out things that made sense and things that didn’t make sense or things that were just not worth doing because of cost and timing. They went out of their way to help us receive and install household items, materials and all new appliances (etc.)They may take a bit of time to respond to queries but will get back to you and make sure it’s done and done right.They still help with miscellaneous items even after our renovation was completed. We were happy overall to have used RENOVA as our general contractor and for our renovation project.

Todd and the whole Renova remodeling team were absolutely incredible to work with. We had an idea of what we wanted to do for our Kitchen remodel and showed some inspirational pictures to Todd. Todd took our ideas and ran with them, coming up with an amazing design concept. His design vision was apparent the first time we met when Todd started discussing what he thought our space could look like. He presented ideas that we never would have thought of on our own. When he presented the bid he had a complete spec book with all of the finishes he was proposing to use along with full concept drawings. Todd came to our house to present his bid and took the time to go over the entire spec book and contract details to make sure we didn't have any questions. Once our project began we were impressed with the entire Renova staff and subcontractors that were used throughout the project. Todd held everyone to a very high standard to make sure the project went as smoothly as possible and also made sure everything remained on schedule. You could tell that everyone enjoys working together and shares Todd's high level of care to make sure no detail is missed. We can't thank Renova enough for taking our dream for our kitchen and turning it into something even better. We would highly recommend Renova Remodeling to anybody considering a home kitchen renovation project.
