RENOVA General Contractors helped us remodel our kitchen, master bathroom, living room and dining room areas. They were extremely professional and responsive throughout the whole process and did a beautiful job. Our architect, Steve, was great to work with - very responsive to our needs and vision for what the spaces should look like. He did a lot of research for us and always presented various options for how to accomplish the look we wanted - and at various price points. He helped us make all the big and small design decisions. Our PM, Curtis, was amazing. We met weekly to review progress and answer any questions. Any problems we noticed or things we wanted changed were handled promptly. These are not the typical contractors where you mentally double the estimates they give you for project completion. They estimated 4 months for our project and finished in just over 3 months. If you want the peace of mind for a project that will be on time, on budget, and high quality, RENOVA is a great option. I highly recommend them!

Not only does it look good at first glance, but if you look closely, you can see that the work is done with excellence. The painting is perfect with completely smooth walls & ceiling and perfect lines for ceiling cut-in and trim. The cabinets, flooring, doors, and molding are straight and square and there are no gaps where there shouldn’t be. In addition to looking good, everything works exactly as it should. HVAC, plumbing, and electric were all re-worked correctly, to code, and with the proper permits & inspections. From the time of my initial inquiry to the time we received a detailed quote was a total of about two weeks (included an in-person meeting at my home). The quote was itemized with several choices provided so that we could make educated decisions on the final project. After we decided on the final project, they helped us pick out all the materials and colors which kept a potentially difficult task very easy. They already knew the right placement for lighting, so we didn’t need to figure that out on our own. I really appreciated that he vacuumed the dust while sanding, which prevented it from travelling to other parts of the house. They often worked late (with our permission), but switched to quiet jobs in the late evening so as to not disturb anyone. They kept the refuse from being in the way or being an eye-sore by having the demo company come pick it up a few times throughout the job instead of keeping a big dumpster in the driveway. Renova was extremely easy to communicate with as well. They always answered texts and emails quickly and completely. Nothing was forgotten or done in a different way than requested. I HIGHLY recommend Todd, Brad,  Brandon, Danny and Renova for your next project! You would be very fortunate to have them be the one to do it for you.

Recently, I purchased an home in Boca Raton. Prior to moving, we decided to do a major remodel of the house - new flooring and paint throughout, upgrade all the bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen. Paint all the cabinets and a few other upgrades. I looked at various websites that provided reviews of local contractors. After doing some research, we selected Renova General Contractors. Over the next couple of weeks, I worked very closely with one of the partners of their company Todd, to develop a plan for the work we desired. Todd's initial one day ballpark estimate matched very closely with the final design estimate. Work was scheduled to start approx. 6 weeks after signing of the contract. During those 6 weeks, I worked closely with two people in his office (Jen & Miranda) to detail the plan project, make the design phase complete and precise. Coordination with Renova was excellent - they worked out all the details and were very responsive to all my questions.Demo started 2 weeks earlier than initially scheduled. Very observable progress was made every time I visited the site. My neighbors confirmed they saw daily activity.We were very pleased with the demo and construction process:- The project was completed with excellent quality, particularly the painting, flooring, and millwork, which exceeded expectations. Communication and coordination were clear and proactive, with frequent check-ins to confirm details. The team was friendly, honest, and solution-oriented, openly addressing any issues. Costs closely matched the original estimate without surprise charges, the payment schedule was fair, and the work was finished within the promised 10–12-week timeframe.I have heard many horror stories about dealing with contractors/subcontractors in a home remodel project. I can honestly say that I had none of that with Renova. Throughout the entire process, they were truthful and honest with me with an end result of excellent quality and exactly what we wanted.It was truly a pleasure to work with Renova, Todd and the rest of the team. I would highly recommend them for any major home general contracting, remodeling or renovation work.

RENOVA did an incredible job renovating our home on the Intracoastal. From the moment we stepped back in, it honestly felt like a brand new house. Everything just came together perfectly like the living room feels open and comfortable, the upstairs space is great for relaxing and the whole layout just flows better now. They paid attention to all the little details without overdoing it and somehow made the place feel both modern and warm. Even the outdoor area feels like a high end resort but still more than cozy enough for everyday life. We’re beyond happy with how the renovation turned out and can’t thank the RENOVA team enough for making this place feel like home.

Throughout the construction phase we had an excellent project manager from Todd's team, Danny Parapar. Danny met with us every week and we had a chance to communicate what we were thinking, and he always let us know ahead of time if there was any issue that might incur additional expense. Danny had the respect of the construction team and was always ready and able to resolve any issue. For example, when we were debating whether or not to re-stucco the entire exterior of the house versus just certain areas, he was able to give us estimates of the costs and help us make a good decision. Everton and his team also did a great job finding a solution for air conditioning in our home. A perfect solution for us, and again, met our budget.I think what is very important is that whenever we had a question or a problem, we could pick up the phone and get an immediate response from Todd or Danny. In addition, we felt we had the HIGHEST quality woodworkers, carpenters, and cabinetmakers on our job. EVERYONE on that team was upbeat, obviously liked their job, and did excellent work.Finally, we were pleased to see that at the end of every work day, the project areas were neat and clean. Each person on that team had a personal work ethic that made sure we, as owners, didn’t have to worry about safety, cleanliness, or waste disposal.We would highly recommend Renova to anyone contemplating a home construction project. Working with such ethical, committed, and budget-conscious people was a true delight, and we are living in our dream house thanks to their hard work, vision, and commitment to customer satisfaction.

One of the proprietors, Brian, is honestly among the most reliable men I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Similar to our prior experiences, the renovation of our beachfront property was completed quickly and beautifully. When we wanted to incorporate those distinctive Florida-inspired designs, Andy, who oversaw the construction side, made sure everything went without a hitch. Working with this team was really simple, I must say! Luciano and David, the big boss himself, were in charge of the construction portion. Luciano made sure everything went smoothly and precisely when we had a wall taken down to make more room in the living area. And believe me, that's not an easy task in the humid climate of Florida. David was always there to attend to my needs and address all of my numerous minor worries.

My beachfront home looks fantastic! Luciano and David did a fantastic job. Luciano quickly took care of the unexpected termite damage that was discovered. To make sure everything was rock solid, they took care to replace the compromised wood. David's design was flawless and perfectly encapsulated the atmosphere of Delray Beach. I recently had my kitchen renovated, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome! Before an unforeseen event, Luciano worked with me at the last minute to remodel my home, and the outcome exceeded my expectations. His idea for a marble countertop changed everything. Fair pricing, good communication, and no ghosting were all present. Many thanks also to Jennifer, who is always helpful and responsive. I recently completely renovated my apartment complex near the beach in Delray. I have nothing but praise for Humberto and Brian. My primary contact was Brian, and I must say that he never misses a beat. He was always there with an answer or an update, whether it was a phone call or a brief text. And with every issue and query I had, Humberto's site knowledge was clear. He was in charge of the rooftop lounge area's renovation, making sure it was both aesthetically beautiful and useful. The building's outdated electrical system presented some difficulties for us, but everything was resolved without incident while Humberto kept a close eye on things.

It has been a pleasure working with Brian Greenblott and David Niknafs the past ten years. Renova General Contractors, is one of our preferred general contractors and remains one of our few preferred contractors due to this company’s professionalism.Many of our construction projects begin with the need of pre-construction services that include a realistic budget and schedule for both landlord and tenant to review prior to proceeding to the next level of commitment. Brian and Dave's team assists us with timely budgets including a strong understanding of the existing space and any cost considerations that may not appear on the design plan.Once construction has commenced the process moves smoothly concerning schedule, submittals, and all communication required with me, our design team, and the end user of the leasable space.Construction of our commercial tenant improvements occur mostly in occupied buildings. Excessive noise and dust is a by-product of this type of work and a landlord’s potential nightmare. Renova General Contractors has the noisy work completed in after-hours fashion so not to disturb our existing tenants. Hallway corridors, flooring, and bathrooms are kept clean to the point that one would not necessarily know a construction project was at hand.Renova provides excellent “after project completion service”. Warranties are always honored and any service related calls are taken care of without hesitation.It has been my pleasure to work with both Brian and David as well as other Renova team members and their company these past ten years and I look forward to working with them on future projects. We did a lot of research before choosing RENOVA for our kitchen remodel. This was no simple gut and switch. We took out supporting walls, moved doors, and flipped the kitchen from one side of the house to the other. Throughout the process, we could not have been more happy with RENOVA. This is why:-They worked with our vision to design our dream kitchen, not their dream kitchen.
-They made sure we were comfortable every step of the way, including helping us set up a temporary kitchen in the garage including making sure the garage sink was clear before we started using it.
-They started and finished the project on time.
-Every crew, both RENOVA's own workers or subcontractors were completely professional, courteous, polite and respectful. 
-Arrived and left on time.
-Cleaned and removed all trash from the worksite at the end of each day.
-Took the time to explain what they were working on daily.
-Took our suggestions and minor changes in stride with a smile.
-Identified minor errors in the work and corrected them even before we
had a chance to bring them up.
-Respectful of our space, never entering our half of the house without
permission.
-Pricing was competitive with other quality renovation companies in the area. (They weren't the cheapest but as far as I'm concerned worth every penny)Since construction ended, we have had a few very minor things come up and Todd and his crews have been super responsive in resolving those issues promptly and without any push back.We would use them again in a heartbeat!

This was essentially a gut / remodel of a 2500 square foot condominium in Boca that is a part time residence for us. My wife and I were very concerned about trying to accomplish the renovation remotely from our full time home. Renova was one of several general contractors that we interviewed, and I spoke personally with several of their references before selecting them. Renova's clients spoke glowingly about working with them, and I am very happy to say that our experience was equally as good. Danny, who we worked very closely with on budget estimates turned out to be very accurate, and the quality of the work was excellent. He had practical suggestions for addressing the few issues that inevitably arose, and he communicated regularly regarding the process and its progress. I have a good deal of experience in home remodeling, having flipped homes and worked in interior design as a side hobby. We were very lucky to have found Renova to handle this project for us. My wife and I would give Danny and his crews at Renova our highest recommendation on quality, responsiveness, and accuracy.

I have nothing but praise for this remodeling firm! When I made the decision to reconstruct my kitchen, I immediately got in touch with Andy and Luciano, and I was really grateful for Luciano's updates and pictures during the project. They also installed new windows for me a few years ago, and this time around, the attention to detail was equally superb. We encountered a few unforeseen problems because of the age of my home, but Andy was fast to provide useful guidance and workable answers.

We had a big project, all 4 bathrooms were completely demoed and remodeled. From the beginning to the end our experience with this company was flawless. The entire team, under Brad the (GC) supervision, performed a fantastic job.  Danny the (PM) and his assistant, in particular, are very hard working, professional, attentive to detail, reliable,.. delivering a quality final product. Danny was great at coordinating the job and finishing on time!! High marks for everyone! Love the look of our new bathrooms… They are magazine ready! I would recommend them with no hesitation, and I would use them again for other home projects!

It’s a heavy lift to find a general contractor and interior design company to put your ideas of your dream remodel project into an executable plan that you and your family feel suits your needs and wants. We found Renova general contractors, Todd and his team on the web searching for general contractors in Delray Beach. They responded to our initial inquiry immediately and honestly the entire project followed the same kind of responsiveness.After our first walk through of the project with Todd I found him to be a man of integrity who would stand by his word during the entire project. He did not waver from what he promised and he delivered on every one of those promises. If you have ever attempted a project as complex as a total home renovation you know that there are so many things that can go wrong. Todd always kept me in the loop in terms of when we had to adjust plans and pricing, to pick out fixtures, countertops, cabinets, flooring, etc which helped to keep the job on schedule.After meeting with several contractors including some that were referred to me by friends or neighbors I chose Todd because I felt that he had the right temperament to deal proactively with all the sub-contractors and the city of Delray Beach with the permitting process. As it turned out he managed the project very well and even though there were so many changes that occurred throughout the process, he kept it moving forward on a steady course to a most satisfactory conclusion. I highly recommend Renova general contractors not only for their workmanship, but also for the high integrity that Todd and his entire staff brought day in and day out. I am a straightforward person who talks in plain english and so does Todd. I found this experience to be very successful and I can tell you that both my wife and I could not be happier with the final results of this three and half month long project. Take a look at the pictures of my project on their website and you will see a very well constructed and designed complete renovation for my wife and I.  All of our specifications and all expectations were met and then some.One of the biggest issues around a project of this size is what happens after its conclusion. In our case all the small punch list items have been addressed and resolved in a timely manner. It's been an absolute pleasure working with Renova.

We recently had Renova Contractors do renovation work for us. The jobs included tiling a hallway and bathroom in the lower level, building a complete new bathroom off of the master bedroom, including a new walk-in shower, new vanity and new floor tile. We also had them install two new exit doors with steps, and a new custom made steel pivot door in the main entry.All of the work performed by Renova was simply outstanding. TJ was attentive throughout the entire job. He was right on top of every detail and is an excellent communicator about each aspect of the installation. His explanations were such that an unskilled person could easily understand what was going to be done. Likewise, the various crews that TJ uses are very skillful and respectful of the job and the home.The new master bathroom is just stunning. The walk-in shower is a masterpiece of design and detail. Our new vanity is also beautiful and functional. The cabinetry is top quality and integrates the granite countertops with the finish of the cabinets. He basically doubled the size of the room and made the room much more user friendly with tons of additional storage. Our bathroom in the lower level was carpeted, and the vanity was so very small and so very short it was laughable. We had Renova install new toilets, new vanities, new floor tile, new tile in a long hallway exiting the bathroom, and finally had tile placed upon the ceiling of the bathtub shower built in. So it is as if we have two completely new bathrooms and we are so very proud of both.One of the most important qualities for a construction company is the way in which the follow up details are handled. TJ is one who makes every detail and concern his top priority. He responds immediately to a phone call and makes it his personal business to see that you the consumer are completely satisfied.We know that our next renovation job no matter what it may be will be done through Renova Contractors because we trust their work and trust TJ and his team completely.

Renova remodeled our primary bathroom, and the whole experience was genuinely awesome. They helped us rework the layout to make better use of the space, installed a new walk in shower with beautiful tile, and added custom built in shelving and upgraded lighting which turned out really great.Everyone on the team was super respectful, always on time and kept the space as clean as possible during the project, which isn't always the case when doing projects like this.. Communication was solid the whole way through, and any time we had a question or needed to make a small change, they made it easy. We’re really happy with the final result and would absolutely work with them again!!!

This company took care of every aspect of our project.  We recently purchased a home on the intercostal completely renovated it.  They tore out walls and put in beams, which opened the kitchen up to the rest of the house, thus creating a great room. They designed some incredible lighting. Installed GFI plugs around the kitchen and installed a beautifully designed and crafted kitchen island. Custom built and installed new kitchen cabinets even performing  mold remediation when existing mold was discovered. Completed all of the necessary electrical, lighting design and plumbing. Installed custom granite countertops. Porcelain flooring was installed in a mosaic tile pattern in specific areas that we desinged together. Completed all of the painting and drywall. Installed cabinetry around the living room and home entertainment tv area with matching granite. Oak hardwood flooring was placed in the living and dining room. They also constructed crown molding all around.They completely renovated our existing pool and pool deck area into something that you could only dream of! The trim carpentry was excellent and the attention to detail was just beautiful. When finished, they brought a basket of flowers and a bottle of champagne. They were professional, courteous and exceptionally clean. We are going to use them for upcoming projects, as well. It was very enjoyable watching them work. Their efficiency and kindness were superb! They even bought us lunch. Renova you are AMAZING!

I have had several jobs, large and small, completed by RENOVA and have been extremely happy with their work and overall communication. The number one, most important thing to me has been that I can call anytime, during a job or after completion, and Todd, Danny, Brad or really anyone at the company will address any questions or concerns that come up. They stand behind their subcontractors and I don't have to chase anyone down. If they say they will be there, they will be. I know the job will be done properly and this takes a lot of the stress of a renovation away. The job site is always kept as neat and clean as possible and I've never have to cleaning up because they do it before they leave every day.Everyone is always nice and courteous and professional. I never have to worry about my kids hearing things they shouldn't, which has been a problem in previous home renovations and with other contractors in the past.We have a long way to go before our current house is completely renovated, and so as long as RENOVA is agreeable they will be taking care of everything. I can't say thank you enough to the entire team especially Todd. So far so good. Keep up the great work!!

"TJ" Todd did a terrific job in meeting with my wife and I to better understand our goals of the remodeling project. We did get estimates from other contractors, but Todd was the only one who spent a lot of time with specific issues, taking intricate measurements, and actually asking us a lot of questions.The project was not simple, and only Todd really explained the issues and possible difficulties upfront. He seemed to be very interested in our happiness with the project as a family, rather than just treating it as another construction project.The design team, lead by Helga and Steve, came up with some amazing plans that no other firm or architect had even proposed. The ability to come up with such a dramatic design and implement it’s flawless construction still leaves us amazed.Their construction team was always polite, clean, and professional. Their lead person, Danny, was always amenable to changes, and revisions as the project proceeded.Everyone was very courteous to our family needs while the project was ongoing. Smooth coordination of updates/ordering/billing from Jenny at the office staff.Truly incredible home remodeling. Dramatic difference to the appearance and function of the house. Tremendous curb-side appeal from before. We have had no construction-related problems. I would more than happily recommend them.

RENOVA remodeling and construction are the most reliable and professional general contractors we've ever used. Their schedule was fully committed when we first contactacted them and couldn't immediately take on our project; however they kept us updated on their schedule, availability and tentative start date for our remodel.  Once we had a set start date they showed up as scheduled and on time. Todd, the owner, and all his crews are hard working, knowledgeable and professional. Todd and his project manager Danny stayed in contact with us throughout the project and promptly responded to any questions or concerns we had. We were pleasantly surprised to discover how clean our home was once they had finished. We expected to spend a couple of days cleaning up before we could move back in. But they left our home in move-in condition. They did a beautiful, professional job and we couldn't be more pleased with them. We plan to use RENOVA Construction and Remodeling again and will definitely recommend them.

I worked with Danny and Jordan from RENOVA Contractors on a second floor renovation and were extremely happy with the process and results. The renovation included demolition, framing for new roofline and dormers, roof and gutters, new stucco siding, new master bathroom, master closet, laundry space, hardwood floors & tile flooring and stairs, doors, millwork, tiling, masonry for a chimney extension, windows, and central air system. Pretty much everything. Both Danny and Jordan are great guys, very easy to work with, trustworthy, and responsive. They hired skilled subcontractors and kept the Renovation moving at a good pace. There were no surprises with either the budget or scope of work. RENOVA made our dreams come true with this reno and we would definitely recommend them for your job.

We are so happy that we found RENOVA Contractors and Remodeling! Of the list of contractors we originally started with, RENOVA was actually the only one who didn’t come from a personal reference, but their reviews online were so good and consistent that we added them to our list. In the end, they were the most responsive to our initial questions and request for a bid and that ultimately our decision to use them was an easy one (we started with a list of 5 contractors). We used them to add an addition to our house, remodel the kitchen and add a mudroom/powder room.A few things really set them apart. First, they were and are so incredibly responsive. Texts, emails, calls were all returned quickly. Everton was our project manager and always found time to stop by, even if it meant coming over the weekend or in the evening to accommodate our work schedules. I felt comfortable sending him a quick text whenever I had a question, and he always got right back to me. Some of the contractors I was given from friends were hardly responsive enough for me to get a consult or a bid. Almost all the other contractors we met with never even followed up with us after providing a bid. That really shocked me considering how much money we were investing in our house. Even now, I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to Everton if I had a question and our remodel was completed months ago.Secondly, Everton and his crew came up with several creative and cost-cutting ideas to help me achieve the look I wanted, while staying within budget. Reusing a door, building out shelving, and even helping me come up with a way to save my beautiful old oak floors that I didn’t want to replace. The end result is beautiful and we love our new addition and kitchen. Investing in our home and using RENOVA was the best decision we could’ve made.Lastly and most importantly, RENOVA and all of their staff are truly just kind, decent, hard-working, credible and reliable. You hire a contractor to do work in your home, you are inviting them into your life for an extended period of time. I didn’t take it lightly that whoever we hired would be in and out of my house for months, interacting with my kids and creating a space that my family would enjoy for many, many years ahead. Everton and his crew couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. He seems to work 24 hours a day, but always made us feel like we were his only project.Downsides? We experienced a couple of delays, but that was more due to outside companies (the gas company needing to move our meter was a huge frustration and a delay with our cabinet makers). Again, Everton and his crew never left us hanging or were delayed in responding to our questions or concerns.HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend these guys!

After interviewing many contractors, we hired Renova to do major drywall repairs, painting and additional repairs work throughout our 5 bedroom 5 bathroom house. Renova exceeded our expectations in every way. Working with Todd and the rest of the team from Renova has truly been a pleasure. Todd personally visited my house twice to give us an accurate estimate and managed to keep the project within our budget. Todd is honest, reliable and will go to great lengths to ensure customer satisfaction. Everton, Steve, Felipe and the rest of the crew managed to make our house look immaculate with their meticulous craftsmanship. There is no job too big for the team at Renova. Renova is without a doubt the best general contractor in the Southeastern Florida area. I highly recommend calling Todd at Renova if you plan to renovate/remodel your home or business.

I’m really excited to share my experience as they were absolutely amazing. So, my husband and I were very impressed that RENOVA brought a designer to the estimate appointment. We were introduced to Helga the interior designer and she had a wonderful eye for design, detail and is incredible to work with all her fascinating ideas.  Our actual Project estimator Todd and the project managers Brandon and Everton were absolutely awesome and they communicated very well with the status and were quick to answer the questions we had about all of the work being done around the house . All in all, They did a fantastic job. Although they initially quoted us 4 to 6 weeks for the project to be completed we had several change orders which extended  the remodel 2 weeks to complete in its entirety which we take the blame for. We are and will continue to recommend them to our friends, family and neighbors. Thanks guys, we truly love everything that you did!

I want to thank you for an excellent job on our SECOND project together. Your attention to detail, advice and patience is beyond measure. I appreciate that you listened to me and helped me work through a couple of "design dilemmas".For anyone considering using RENOVA for your project, I highly recommend them! Todd Pinkston and his staff worked with me on a full house remodel at the end of 2021 beginning of 2022. Our four bedroom, three bath house was taken down to the studs. Todd and his team installed beautiful ceramic flooring that looks like wood throughout the house except two baths. We chose different flooring for that. Todd’s suggestions for the bathroom tiles were spot on. Todd will always tell you the truth! I insisted on marble counter tops for my kitchen - they have etched just like he told me they would. I love them anyway!Fast forward to 2024 We built a three bed, two bath guest house with a full kitchen. RENOVA did another beautiful job on my floors, bathrooms and kitchen. RENOVA will make your dream home come true!

We hired RENOVA and their team for a full interior renovation to our home in Addison Reserve Country Club.The quality of work is very good. Curtis and Brandon, our project managers for the job pointed out things that made sense and things that didn’t make sense or things that were just not worth doing because of cost and timing. They went out of their way to help us receive and install household items, materials and all new appliances (etc.)They may take a bit of time to respond to queries but will get back to you and make sure it’s done and done right.They still help with miscellaneous items even after our renovation was completed. We were happy overall to have used RENOVA as our general contractor and for our renovation project.

Todd and the whole Renova remodeling team were absolutely incredible to work with. We had an idea of what we wanted to do for our Kitchen remodel and showed some inspirational pictures to Todd. Todd took our ideas and ran with them, coming up with an amazing design concept. His design vision was apparent the first time we met when Todd started discussing what he thought our space could look like. He presented ideas that we never would have thought of on our own. When he presented the bid he had a complete spec book with all of the finishes he was proposing to use along with full concept drawings. Todd came to our house to present his bid and took the time to go over the entire spec book and contract details to make sure we didn't have any questions. Once our project began we were impressed with the entire Renova staff and subcontractors that were used throughout the project. Todd held everyone to a very high standard to make sure the project went as smoothly as possible and also made sure everything remained on schedule. You could tell that everyone enjoys working together and shares Todd's high level of care to make sure no detail is missed. We can't thank Renova enough for taking our dream for our kitchen and turning it into something even better. We would highly recommend Renova Remodeling to anybody considering a home kitchen renovation project.
