Hair Salon New Construction

Creating and owning a salon has always been a big dream of mine and thanks to RENOVA and all the people involved my dream became a reality! Working with Brandon, Humberto, and Helga, I felt my vision was not only brought to life, but executed flawlessly. Any questions I had were answered immediately, I always felt a part of the process! Guest House Addition

We were looking for someone to add a guest house onto our property. We’re empty nesters now, but still wanted the kids to be able to visit us with their growing families. We found RENOVA and it was a great match. The staff was kind, helpful, and precise. No small detail was overlooked, and everyone went above and beyond what we expected from them. When we first went over the plans for the addition, there was a slight hiccup with the wiring in the area. However, we talked with Luciano and were able to come up with a solution. Outdoor Kitchen + Pool Area

When my husband and I wanted to add a pool area at our home, I wasn’t even sure where to begin. A friend of mine knew Brian and recommended RENOVA to me. I’m so glad they did because everyone on that team was so helpful and now I have a beautiful backyard. We receive so many compliments on our outdoor kitchen from friends who come over. Med Spa New Construction

RENOVA has been a critical part of our development team. From my very first interaction with Miranda to the planning stages with Luciano, this team has gone above and beyond to make sure all of the needs were met for our new spa. Some of my initial ideas seemed like they wouldn’t be reachable, but sitting down and talking with the team really helped. Our team helped me set-up a plan so I knew what to expect and when certain key parts would be done. Their communication throughout the whole construction process was top notch and really helped put my mind at ease. Through the whole project, I knew we were in good hands. Master Bedroom + Bathroom Remodel

We had lived in our home for a few years and wanted to make a change to our master bedroom and bathroom. While we liked our old rooms, they just weren’t functional anymore and we wanted something fresh. We went to RENOVA with a list of asks, and the designer made a number of suggestions for us that were even better than what we were thinking. One designer helped us pick out the perfect flooring for the bedroom based on the shade we were thinking and our budget and another designer helped us come up with the best flow for the space. Our bathroom is completely transformed, too. We went with all new cabinetry, flooring, and a custom shower. Renova went above and beyond what we could have asked for. I still can’t believe these rooms are ours!

Complete Demolition Renovation to a Newly Purchased Home

When we bought our home, we knew it wasn’t our “dream home” yet but that it could be. While it was beautiful and we loved the structure, we didn't care for how “dated” it looked. We went to RENOVA with an idea hoping that they could help us transform the look and feel of the house. At the beginning, we met with Jennifer to talk about our options. In the end, we decided to gut almost everything and start from scratch. I was nervous about what would happen to our home, but everyone on the team was helpful and very knowledgeable. They explained the plan, gave us a timeline, and got to work. It really helped to know what was happening at each step and be able to see where they were in the process. We went from a home we liked to one that we love! I couldn’t be happier with the work that they did and we are loving living in our dream home!

Restaurant New Construction Build Out

I came to discover RENOVA when I found the perfect space for my restaurant and was ready to make the interior just the way I wanted. I met with Brandon to talk about what we could do with the space. He was able to suggest layouts that I hadn’t considered, but would help customers move easily through the building. It was helpful to have someone there who knew exactly what they were doing.

When we had the layout planned, Helga listened to my thoughts on how to decorate. She suggested colors and materials that she thought would be best for what I had envisioned. Overall, the process was a very pleasant one and I felt like someone was there to guide me each step of the way. I would absolutely recommend RENOVA to anyone looking to do any kind of remodeling in their business.

Kitchen Remodel

After years of living with my old, 70s style cabinets, I was ready to make a change and update my whole kitchen. While I had all the ideas of what I wanted to be done, living on my own made me hesitant about starting the work. I looked around at different companies but, after talking to the team at RENOVA, I knew they were the right fit for me. During the whole demolition and installation, everyone on the team was respectful of my home and my time. They kept the affected area to a minimum and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable with everything going on. Now, I have all new cabinets and a pantry for extra storage. My kitchen is gorgeous and I feel much more comfortable entertaining, due to both the new aesthetic and the added space. I wholeheartedly recommend everyone I worked with on the RENOVA team and am so thankful I ended up working with them.
