DAVID NIKNAFS

Visionary / Partner

Dave has an innate passion for architecture and design that infiltrates everything he engages with. Founding RENOVA was a natural progression in his career path. He assembled a top-notch team of artisans and experts within their craft to orchestrate RENOVA. For Dave, it’s all in the details, which propels him from one successful project to another. He’s a newly married man, excited to start a family and experience a new level of life.

BRIAN GREENBLOTT

VP of Business Development / Partner

Brian is RENOVA’s Captain of Business Development. His vast experience in owning and developing previous successful businesses has matured him to excel in this arena. He’s a visionary at heart, bringing his talent and skills to RENOVA with hopes of raising the industry standard by exceeding our customers’ expectations through impeccable service. Brian bolted the cold some 20 years ago to bask in the Florida sun, eventually finding his bride and creating his beautiful family. He’s devoted to the gym, loves a challenging tennis game and his daily cup of coffee.

LUCIANO SOUZA

Chief Construction Officer

Senor Luciano is a craftsman of the old school. Meticulous, talented and knowledgeable with 30 years of experience in the construction business. As a licensed General Contractor, Luciano has triumphantly completed more than 500 projects, each one carried out with attention to detail and excellent finishing standards. Customers enjoy his kind demeanor, his ability to listen and his unique vision.

ANDY PLOETZ

Construction Manager / General Contractor

Miranda is Andreas “Andy” Ploetz has been a Certified General Contractor in the State of Florida since 2011. He comes to Renova with over 45 years of multifaceted construction experience. As a young teen, he began working in the family-owned custom woodworking business, creating masterful, one-of-a-kind kitchen and bathroom cabinets as well as unique pieces of furniture. In 1985, Andy obtained his electrical journeyman’s license and advanced his career by working as a project manager for various types of sub-contractor disciplines in both the commercial and residential arena.. He’s amassed his practical and business acumen over the years by managing the gamut of construction projects such as road construction, single family homes, multi-million-dollar equestrian barns and multi-million-dollar homes, all while diligently keeping projects on time and on budget. Andy is a devout Christian and muscle car enthusiast, who adores his family and grandchildren

CURTIS BEGLEY

Lead Estimator

Miranda is Curtis Begley is our jack-of-all trades Lead Estimator. He began swinging a hammer as a young boy in his dad’s roofing business and later went on to run his own home renovation company. He decided to join our team to expand and impart his knowledge in the construction industry, while honing his craft and sharpening his eye for detail. Curtis and his wife have recently entered parenthood and in his spare time, he’s either with his family or riding a wave in the ocean.

JENNIFER ALEMBIK

Operations Manager

The first thing you’ll notice about Jenny is her bright, warm smile. She emanates a welcoming spirit that automatically makes you feel comfortable in her presence. Transplanted from New York with her accent in tow, she’s a proud mother of three beautiful girls. She loves to learn and considers herself a perpetual student. With an MBA degree, a Certification in Interior Design and Life Coaching, she brings a dynamic tool set to RENOVA as Operations Manager. In her free time, she relishes reading, she has an addiction to sudoku and says working out is a must for her mental, physical and spiritual well-being.

HELGA TAPIAS

Interior Designer

Helga is a creative Latin soul who believes in the power of functional and beautiful interiors to transform daily life. With a BA in Industrial Design, an MBA degree in interior design and a well-trained eye for quality over 15 years, each of her projects speaks to her client’s own interests and lifestyle. Helga is very committed to their success and joy. She prides herself on loving what she does, the attention to detail, and the close relationship she gains with clients after working diligently together.

HUMBERTO HERNANDEZ

Site Supervisor

Senor Humberto was an integral part of the formation of RENOVA. His work was so outstanding and above the industry norm that we felt compelled to offer him a permanent position as Director of Production. He has excelled at each job, leaving our customers happy and consistently sending us referrals. He’s the proud papa of three children and when he’s not working, he’s enjoying his family at the beach or playing soccer at the park.

BRANDON SCHOEN

Project Manager

Brandon is a stellar Project Manager, coming to us with several years of experience working for a fortune 500 company in the construction industry. He has a unique style with the customers and aims to please. We are lucky to have his special knowledge and personality, for it adds a quality experience for the customer. In his free time, he loves to play golf, spend time with his wife and play canasta with his grandmother.

LARISSA ANTUNES

Lead Engineer

Larissa is our petite Brazilian with her Masters in Civil Engineering. She arrived at RENOVA with several years of experience in construction management and has been a valuable asset to our team. She’s a risk taker by nature and expresses it through her mountain biking hobby. And in true Brazilian style, she loves to dance and sing.

MIRANDA HOLLEY

Administrative Assistant

Miranda is our spunky administrative assistant. She comes to RENOVA with 5 years’ experience, specializing in administrative technology and accounting software. Her organization and administrative technology keep our team organized and upbeat. She loves solving puzzles in escape rooms, working out and attending concerts.
