THE DESIGN STUDY

A small courtyard, fully considered.

The plunge pool leaves a usable terrace around the water. A shaded dining area anchors the far end of the courtyard, while low lounge seating keeps the view open from the house.

Shellstone, white render, teak, and dark metal give each outdoor element a clear role. The material board brings the pool tile, coping, cabinetry, and upholstery together in one restrained palette.

This is an unbuilt design study illustrated with AI-generated visualizations. Final design, dimensions, engineering, approvals, and pricing would be developed for a specific property.
