At RENOVA, every project begins with a vision—and for this luxury vacation condo nestled along South Ocean Blvd in Highland Beach, Florida, that vision was a seamless blend of coastal elegance and modern functionality. The homeowner approached us with a desire to completely reimagine their oceanfront living space through a full condo renovation. From the start, our mission was to transform the space into a serene, upscale retreat that maximized the breathtaking views of the Atlantic while delivering high-end finishes and coastal interior design elements.
The first step involved a full demolition of the outdated interiors to make way for a modern open concept layout. With natural light flooding in through expansive windows, we focused on incorporating a neutral color palette and high-end materials to create a tranquil yet sophisticated environment. The living room, anchored by a plush white sectional and designer throw pillows, features textured wall panels and indoor palm plants that complement the ocean view interiors. We also introduced woven pendant lights and rattan furniture to capture the beachfront home design vibe, while adding warm natural wood finishes to maintain a cozy feel.
Moving into the kitchen, we designed a modern white kitchen complete with custom cabinetry, marble countertops, and a bold waterfall edge island. Brushed gold hardware and sleek matte black fixtures brought contrast and class to the space. The kitchen island seating merges functionality with style, serving as a casual dining area beneath a statement lighting fixture. Open shelving and wood accents enhanced the clean lines and luxurious flow throughout the room.
The bar area was another highlight. We created a built-in bar shelving system with a wine fridge bar, custom woodwork, and striking marble-patterned surfaces that acted as a functional centerpiece and artistic statement. Adjacent to the open staircase design, the wooden slat wall added vertical interest and a sense of privacy without compromising the airiness of the layout.
In the bedroom, we followed through with ocean-inspired textiles, soft blue and white decor, and shiplap walls to enhance the boutique hotel vibe the client envisioned. From the beach house remodel aesthetic to the upscale interior styling, every inch was tailored to reflect both luxury living in Florida and the client’s personal style.
Throughout this three-month residential construction project, our team worked tirelessly to deliver top-tier craftsmanship.
