At RENOVA, we began this full-service renovation on a luxury condo located on South Ocean Blvd in Highland Beach FL with one clear objective — to transform an outdated space into a high-end, modern condo design that blends luxury with functionality. Our client approached us with the vision of a light-filled, open-concept space, and we immediately got to work, starting with detailed planning, 3D visualization, and layout reconfiguration.
From day one, our team focused on a seamless renovation process. The kitchen underwent a complete transformation featuring modern kitchen design elements like flat-panel cabinetry, LED under-cabinet lighting, and sleek marble finishes. We installed integrated appliances and built custom cabinetry in warm wood tones that enhanced the luxurious yet inviting atmosphere. The breakfast bar now offers comfortable bar seating with a waterfall countertop finish — a perfect blend of style and practicality.
Moving into the dining room, we curated a contemporary dining area featuring custom dining furniture and designer pendant lighting. The stone dining table with matte taupe chairs sits beneath sculptural lighting that anchors the space, complementing the overall elegant interiors. Black-framed floor-to-ceiling windows fill the room with natural light, while wood accent walls and abstract art add sophisticated flair.
For the living room renovation, we installed a floating TV unit, custom built-in shelving, and a backlit media wall design to create an immersive entertainment zone. The palette remained soft and neutral throughout, emphasizing texture over color — achieved through plush seating, accent walls, and layered lighting. Unique round terrazzo-style coffee tables added a refined yet artistic touch.
In the bedroom, our goal was comfort and minimalism. We installed built-in wardrobes with a matte finish, floating nightstands, and pendant lighting. A ribbed accent panel framed the bed, creating a subtle focal point. The result was a peaceful, minimalist bedroom retreat with high-end finishes and clean lines.
The ensuite bathroom and powder room were both completely upgraded. The powder room showcases a floating custom vanity, a round bathroom mirror, and a textured tile wall that creates depth and sophistication. Throughout, wood cabinetry and soft green accents deliver balance and warmth.
We also reimagined the laundry room, outfitting it with a stacked washer dryer setup, utility storage, and LED shelf lighting. Every room now features modern, integrated appliances and design-driven finishes, hallmarks of our full-service renovation expertise.
