This full-scale Boynton Beach remodel began when a discerning homeowner on Sabal Palm Drive reached out to RENOVA with a clear vision: transform their traditional space into a modern, luxury interior that would be both timeless and functional. The scope included a complete kitchen remodeling, living room renovation, dining room redesign, master bathroom update, and a master bedroom remodel. As the project manager, I led our team from the initial consultation through each stage with precision, communication, and commitment to our client’s satisfaction.
We kicked off the project with a comprehensive design consultation, listening closely to the client’s needs while also sharing our creative concepts. From there, our architectural team drew up a detailed interior renovation plan that focused on maximizing natural light, implementing open concept design, and incorporating upscale interior elements that would reflect a clean yet warm modern aesthetic.
The kitchen became the heart of this transformation. We installed floor-to-ceiling custom cabinetry finished in glossy white lacquer, offering abundant storage. The black stone countertops with striking veining added bold contrast, while the sleek appliances, including built-in ovens and a dual-function microwave drawer, enhanced the room’s gourmet kitchen functionality. The kitchen island, topped with the same black stone, was extended with a waterfall edge and surrounded by modern barstools, giving it the perfect interior architecture balance between form and function.
Flowing seamlessly into the living and dining areas, we reimagined these spaces with a focus on minimalist decor and designer living space quality. The light wood flooring throughout tied every room together, creating a bright and cohesive ambiance. In the living room, we custom-built fluted wall panels around the entertainment system, flanked by recessed custom shelving. Every piece of luxury furniture—from the boucle armchairs to the sculptural accent tables—was handpicked to fit the neutral palette and tactile modern textures the homeowner envisioned.
In the dining room, we added dimensional panel molding to the main feature wall and installed floor-to-ceiling windows dressed in soft, window treatments to amplify the natural light. A matte black chandelier above the round dining table brought a sophisticated visual anchor to the space.
The master bedroom remodel emphasized tranquility and elegance. We used soft neutral tones, textured fabrics, and layered bedding to create a restful atmosphere. Each bedroom feature wall included classic panel detailing and ambient lighting. The dual nightstands and decor—complete with stylish ceramics and sculptural art—complemented the balance between contemporary simplicity and chic home makeover luxury. Finally, the ensuite master bathroom was upgraded with spa-like finishes, including frameless glass enclosures and floating vanities.
